(FORT WORTH, TX) – With the latest acquisition of three additional buildings in the IH-20 West Business Park, Fort Worth-based Corinth Land Co. and Dallas-based Prattco Creekway Industrial (PCI) now own 9 of the business park’s 30 buildings, or 30 percent of the complex.
Corinth Land Co. and Prattco Creekway Industrial (PCI) Acquire Three Buildings in IH-20 West Business Park
FORT WORTH, TX – On the heels of their acquisition of Dallas’ Northgate Business Park, Fort Worth-Based Corinth Land Co. and Dallas-based Prattco Creekway Industrial (PCI) have acquired three buildings in the IH-20 West Business Park west of Fort Worth just miles from the Walsh Ranch development. The 77,640 SF three-building business park has five tenants and is 94 percent occupied.
